0-.4 require no STANDING(though .4 still requires charters). In a .1 system, you can anchor no matter your standings.

My alt has had the skill for a while, using it seldomly. I had always thought that it would allow you to produce stuff without the bpo physically being in the location the job was installed at. Today I tried and failed, is there no way to do this?

As long as your tower remains anchored, you can anchor/unanchor/offline/online any other pos module you want, no matter the standings. The only thing I haven't tried myself, is offlining the tower.......

Earlier today one of my mobile labs finished a remote(in system)ME job on a bpo, I hit the deliver button, but the corp hangar rent was past due. I paid the impound fee, and can account for every item except that bpo... I have checked EVERY mobile...
